Columbia Winery Cellarmaster’s Riesling
April 7th, 2007
Want to be rich, lose weight, and look good naked? Buy this wine.
I am not much of a white wine lover, let alone dessert wines but this wine really hits the spot. It is a little young, but you would not be able to tell the difference. If you never have had a Riesling, this wine will cause you fall in love with anyone you drink it with.
At $10.99 I thought it was a little pricey, but after tasting it I will do anything it takes to gather the cash (almost anything) . The appearance looks like white grape juice and the legs are long baby. The aroma of strong peaches and pears explodes from the glass. The textures are smooth and light but with complex characters. The taste is strong, bursting with several tones of fruit flavors. The finish is almost intoxicating causing you to be addicted and longing to pour another glass. This wine tasted awesome at 40 F.
This wine would taste good with chocolates, cakes, or anything that competes for its sweetness. I can’t wait for summer to sit on the back porch and sample this on a hot day with a cool breeze. If you happen to run out and buy this wine imediately, be sure to invite me over.

This wine is the last of the bunch from a Sunday run to find alcohol, for research purposes only. It was a fitting wine to finish up on, offering a category we have yet to review on. The smell of this wine is of apples and apricots, reminding me of spring. Very bright and fresh to [...]... - Oliver Winery Soft Red Wine
This wine was given to a family member some time ago as a house warming gift. It stayed on their shelf for sometime gathering dust as they had nothing but bad experiences from Oliver Winery. While I was a bit biased from past tasting, I tried to experience this wine with an open mind. The sweetness [...]... - Hogue terroir Sangiovese Rosato 2005
When I visited this winery I was very impressed with the hospitable and knowleable staff. I felt that the people there really wanted to share their passion for wine and their vineyard creations with you. My wife and I ejoyed every minute ligering, enjoying the atmosphere and sampling the some 20 wines they make. Ok, now [...]... - Grayson Cellars Merlot 2004
Went to the Corner Wine Bar today and had some wine. Kinda cool setup where you can order a “wine sampler” and try several different wines that the bar sells. I don’t recommend going there on a ninety degree day though because it ruins the whole experience trying to ejoy a Cabernet while sweating your [...]... - Snoqualmie Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc
What can I say when I am not inspired to say anything. This wine was a little pricy(8 – 9 dollars) so I had great expectations. I would not bring this wine home on a friday night trying to impress somebody, unless you wanted to use it as a salad dressing. The label claims this wine [...]...

This is the most awesome wine. It has a perfect flavor – not too dry and not too sweet! I recommend it to all of my white wine friends!

I am now addicted to this wine. I was not a wine drinker until two weeks ago when I finally found the perfect wine for me. Since I had a glass at dinner weeks ago, I have not stopped looking for it in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, someone else in my neighborhood is a big fan and has beaten me to the BevMo everytime and has taken all the bottles. Luckily, I was able to find it on line. I am a true Reisling fan now. I tried and loved the 2007. I haven’t tried the 2006. Since I am new to wine I don’t know if the two are much different and I don’t want to take the chance trying a different year. Watch out folks I am going to buy up all the Columbia Cellarmasters 2007 Reisling in my neighborhood. Yummy.

I 1st tasted this wine in 2002. I was not a wine drinker and am still not. I’ve never liked wine much. I was over a friends for a meeting and her boyfriend poured us a glass. I fell in love with the wine. I had asked what it was and they told me but I could never seem to find it when I wanted to. Recently I ran into it @ Walmart. (Yes walmart. They sell Moet as well) I bought a bottle. Today we are having a Valentines party and have chosen this wine as part of our dinner package.

My brother asked someone who knows wines to recommend a good all-around wine for any occasion that people would enjoy. The guy didn’t even hesitate. He said, Columbia’s Cellarmaster’s Riesling. The guy was dead on. It is by far the best tasting riesling that I have tried. It is my favorite wine. Everyone I serve it to loves it. It truly is enjoyable to drink. Give it a try!
