Snoqualmie Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc Wine What can I say when I am not inspired to say anything. This wine was a little pricy(8 – 9 dollars) so I had great expectations. I would not bring this wine home on a friday night trying to impress somebody, unless you wanted to use it as a salad dressing.The label claims this wine gives the hint of fig, citrus, and a little gooseberry, but I really could not pick up on that unless I was standing next to some fruit.

Sauvignon Blanc Wine This wine has sharp, crisp, and light textures but lacked the intense flavor found in other whites. Kinda like an expensive vinegar, but the taste did improve at much cooler tempuratures(40F). Don’t get me wrong, I love Washinton wines from the Columbia Valley, I just have had some better whites for half the price. Maybe I am a snob and becoming impartial to Reds. @#!% just drink and review.

This is a great companion for seafood, chicken, or shrimp. Don’t forget the salad dressing!
